Plan your visit
For each session, allow between 15 and 30 minutes extra, including a preliminary interview and ending, if you wish, with a friendly chat over a cup of tea.
Contraindications to massages
If you are pregnant, please let me know.
You should not go for a massage without medical advice if you have a health problem.
Hygiene
I pay great attention to the hygiene of the room and I make sure to disinfect the massage table after each client and to leave a half-hour break between two appointments to renew the air and the energies.
